Meet on Monday, 27th October at 6pm for 6:30 start
Mike Jones, Tech Lead, Google Maps API for Flash will tell us about Google's Maps API for Flash and the recent developments. They've made better to support Flash and Flex developers. Google's Maps Developer Platform team is based in Sydney and we look forward to the opportunity to talk with local designers and developers. See examples of the maps that can be created using the API and find out about the latest features to be publicly released.
Note venue change: We'll be meeting at a venue courtesy of Google Australia. Note: access is restricted you'll need to be there on time.
For getting into the building the easiest thing to do is to meet in the lobby and I and other colleagues will meet you there and bring people up. I'll make sure that I'm visible there from just after 6. The talk itself will be on the 18th floor, but there's not a huge amount of space by reception. Just to confirm the official address is: Level 18 Tower 1 Darling Park 201 Sussex Street Sydney NSW 2000 Australia
Please RSVP if you want to get food and drink provided courtesy of Adobe.
Note: In order to be eligible for the major software prize, valued at $US2100, drawn at the November meeting you must have attended at least 3 meeting since the June major software prize draw. Previous major software winners within the last 2 years are ineligible.
